On 25thAug. 2016, hosted by IT Manager and OA Project Manager Mr. Xie Suwen, the OA project initiation meeting was held at No. 4 Conference Room in Factory #1. Our company top leaders, project implementation group, representatives of each department and Seeyon Collaborative Software project managers attended the meeting.

With increasingly accelerated development and expanding staff team for more than decade since the establishment of YUDO Suzhou, limitations of the old version OA gradually become obvious. New OA software is becoming urgently needed to promote collaboration management and communication with project management solution suppliers, thereby strengthen our monitoring management and finally achieve electronic and standardized management.

At the OA initiation meeting, Suzhou Kangzhong Information Technology Co., Ltd introduced the construction schedule and application value of OA system built on  Seeyon Collaboration Platform in details from the perspective of work flow process approval, system integration, mobile office and press release.

The General Manager Mr. Paul Han gave a mobilization speech in this meeting. He required everyone to be patient to this project construction and take it seriously, especially at the preliminary study phase. He pointed out that elaborated process management will stimulate inner operation at high efficiency. The positive participation of relevant departments will effectively ensure the implementation go smoothly. Thus Mr.Paul Han proposed three requirements as below:

1.The new OA system would be the carrier of our enterprise culture and be able to achieve effective communication under standardized management with data security ensured.

2.All the staff should support this project with active learning and practice by positive participation to propel it implemented effectively.

3.The OA project implementation group should develop spirit of teamwork in establishment of the schedule and detailed regulations for effective publicity and implementation to make sure the OA project can be put into use on scheduled time.

Mr.Paul Han pointed out that we are now at the point of time of leap-development, the implementation of new OA system can increase our work efficiency by solving the previous usage problems of old version OA and finally further improve our holistic management capacity and increase core competence. At the end of the meeting, Mr. Paul Han gave his wishes for a pleasant cooperation between the two parties and expected that the new OA system can be put into use as early as possible.
