“Extraordinary Leadership” theme-based Outward Bound Training of YUDO Guangdong Management Team

  In order tocreate a strong executive team with powerful cohesion and effective collaboration, YUDO Guangdong organized a special designed outward bound training for the executive team at Shield Island of Dongguan on November 15th, 2014. Based on Transformational Leadership model, the training adopted a fully isolated environment for actual practice in all aspects, including personal leadership, stuff leadership, team leadership and organizational leadership.

 After practices about coordination among rational division and cooperation, optimal resource allocation as well as unified command, the trainees experienced team leadership skills, appropriate role assignments, challenge for unknown field and developed consciousness of innovation. 


After experienced challenges from extreme environment, they learned emotion management. They challenged themselves by telling "Never Say Impossible".

They are now bringing win-win consciousness into work and life. They try to reinforce consciousness of proactive communication and ice-breaking for the sake of enhancing competitiveness in commercial competition.
