1. TINA AM system is delivered as one whole system to save assemble / disassemble time and prevent resin leakage due to assemble mistake. 

2. The nozzle and manifold are connected with screw type which can avoid resin leakage caused by mold machining accuracy.

3. The matching areas of hot runner system and mold are reduced and pipe connection is adopted for pneumatic / hydraulic & cooling which make mold design and machining simpler.

4. In terms of the PA6 + 60% GF wear and corrosion properties of material, we choose the special materials and special gate structure to prolong system longevity.
