System Features
1) The reversed TINA AM pre-wired system is adopted to solve the issue of product sprue and heliosphere, shorten injection cycle time, reduce labor cost and material waste and so on. The working efficiency is improved greatly.
2) TINA AM system is delivered as one whole system to save assemble / disassemble time and prevent resin leakage due to assemble mistake.
3) The nozzle and manifold are connected with screw type which can avoid resin leakage caused by mold machining accuracy.
4) The matching areas of hot runner system and mold are reduced and pipe connection is adopted for pneumatic / hydraulic & cooling which make mold design and machining simplier.
