System Features
1) TINA MD nozzle with four tips is adopted to suit to layout of small pitch for micro products and achieves injection without sprue and stripper plate. Especially for product, the injection position of which cannot be modified, it can be custom designed according to specific injection position.
2) Protective sleeve is added to the nozzle body for heat loss reduction and better sealing with mold.
3) ISO technology is adopted in manifold channel machining for balanced design of flow channel and uniform filling.
4) The nozzle tip is finished by one-off machining based on 3D programming which ensures higher precision and more balanced filling.
