Product features

1) The part is 70" TV middle frame which is too big for ordinary hot runner system. YUDO provides perfect solution with double layer manifold to solve the manifold thermal expansion issue.


2) To cater to the reverse injection mold, the nozzle flow channel is made to be multi-step type converted from big channel to small one, which avoids interference with the mold.

3) Three heaters are adopted for the long nozzle to guarantee nozzle temperature balance.
