Product features
1) The part is white and is made from resin of PC (V0) with flame retardant which is very sensitive to temperature in injection. Therefore it has quite high requirement on the thermal distribution and temperature control accuracy of hot runner system;otherwise, it is easy to produce unqualified parts with yellowish or blackish marks. EP nozzle is applied for this part, the heater coil of which is embedded onto its nozzle body, which can be more accurate on hot runner system temperature control.
2) The part is exterior part which has high requirement on appearance, no allowance of hetero chrome,flash or high gate.
