30wk,2016 : Customer Service Training

To cater to our company’s  business strategy by increasing professional skills of our sales team and enhancing our overall marketing level, we invited professional training  institute to our  factory to give lessons and communicate with  us on marketing skills. 

Starting on 9th, Jul.2016, held in the Training Room of Building #4 in YUDO Suzhou factory, the first Customer Service Training will last for 2 days. Over 30 persons attended the training including sales directors, managers and team leaders of overseas sales department, R&D managers and sales engineers from subsidiaries.

The training was paid high attention by the company top management and received strong  support from staffs. The leaders of each involved department spared their time to attend the whole course of  training which includes business etiquette,communication skills on sales, effective communication of super salesman and recognition of action commitment by clients. The  trainer Ms. Cui, Ms. Ren and Mr. Tang who are experienced in giving lectures on these topics combined  interactive games  and circumstance exercise with case study,making the  training going in active atmosphere with  positive group discussions.   

On 10th,Jul.2016, the first Customer Service Training ended in an ardent atmosphere and received positive comments. The attendees are looking forward to more underpinnings like this not only to  increase staffs’ comprehensive quality but  also enhance the overall marketing  level  of the company.
