1. The product is transparent medical sampling test tubes, the plastic is PP, the weight of a single product is 5g, the average wall thickness is 1.2mm, and there are 24 cavities in the mold.
2. The hot runner is a 24-drop valve multicavity system and the nozzle type is YUDO PACK which is specially developed for multicavity mold.
3. The gate structure is VL which injects on the front of the product, and the plastic injection is controlled by valve pin, so as to ensure perfect appearance at gate area.
4. The manifold is designed with multi-level flow channels and made with ISO welding technology which ensures high finish and smooth internal runner and balanced filling.
5. The manifold heaters are designed symmetrically, thus the temperature distribution is balanced, which effectively promotes the flow balance of the plastic.
6. The nozzles are equipped with copper heaters, which have high heat efficiency, fast temperature rise and high temperature balance, so as to ensure the balance of plastic flow and filling.
