1. The product is L&R A-pillar upper trim, the plastic is PC+ABS, the weight is 380g and the average wall thickness is 3.1mm.




2. It’s a two-cavity mold and the hot runner is a 6-drop pre-wired valve system. The mold is a inverted mold with nozzles of nearly 1m long. Copper heaters are used for multi-stage heating to ensure accurate and balanced temperature, smooth plastic filling and small pressure loss.




3. The nozzle cutout is reduced step by step to ensure the strength of the mold core.The nozzles are connected with the manifolds by threads to fully avoid the risk of plastic leakage.The sequential filling process is adopted to achieve product filling balance and effectively avoid weldlines.





4. All the spare parts are assembled into one piece before delivery, thus the customer's on-site installation is simple and fast.
