Project Description ：

1. The product is gray A-Pillar upper trim, made of PC + ABS, and weighs 380g. The hot runner is a 6 drops pre-wired hydraulic valve system for the two-cavity mold.




2. All the parts of pre-wired system are assembled into one before delivery, saving customers' on-site installation time.




3. The nozzles of this system are very long, and each nozzle is equipped with four heaters to ensure balanced and stable temperature.  Sequential filling process is adopted to effectively avoid welding marks.
