The hot runner is a 16 drops valve system, and the layout of the injection gates are in two rows with very compact structure.

The manifold heaters are designed symmetrically, thus the temperature distribution is balanced, which effectively promotes the flow balance at each gate.

1. The manifold is made with ISO welding technology which ensures smooth internal runner, absolute balance and small pressure drop.

2. The nozzles are equipped with copper heaters, which make full use of its high heat transfer efficiency to ensure the stable temperature of each nozzle.

3. ISO cooling bush is applied at the gate area, and the cooling lines are close to the gate to fully adjust and control the temperature of the gate.

4. Seal caps are applied at the gate area to effectively avoid hiding plastic and improve the color change efficiency of the system.
