Due to the large number of cavities, short cycle and fully automatic production in the whole injection molding process, higher requirements are put forward for the balance and stability of the whole hot runner system. The balance shall be considered as qualified when the ratio of gram weight range to average value of each hole is less than 10% under the condition of 95% injection molding.
