Description：
1. The injection product is the car battery box support in two colors. The two feed inlet system with balanced flow channel is applied for the first injection to ensure filling balance and the single nozzle system is applied for the second injection to meet the demand of minimum space, thus to ensure mold strength.
2. As the structure of the product is complicated , nozzles are equipped with winding type heaters to achieve accurate temperature control and stable molding.
3. Due to the addition of 60% glass fiber to the material, the system is made of high quality steel to ensure along service life.
