Project characteristics and customer requirements:
NO.1: This product is white transparent parts with wall thickness 0.45mm, which requires high-speed high-pressure injection molding, very easy to have short-shooting issue.
NO.2: The manifold using dual flow channel design. The Pin Guide Bush has two opposite angled channels for injection, to ensure the balance and stability of the products, while reducing injection pressure loss.
NO.3: The nozzle using copper tube heater, applying the physical characteristic of copper that transfer heat uniformly. When the resin reaches the nozzle, it is the best flow state. It is favourable for plastic injection.
