Description：

1. The injection part is the cube power adapter and the material is white PC with fire retardant. The injection gate is designed at the surface of the product while there's high demand on appearance and assembly dimensions, and yellowing problem is not allowed either.





2. Filling balance is required for the two cavities in the mold, thus the layout of the two heating zones on manifold is symmetrical and the temperature is controlled separately as well.





3. Nozzles are equipped with winding type heater to ensure sufficient power and precise temperature control, meanwhile the TVA gate bush improves the problem of gate burrs.
