Description ：
1.The application is double-injection auto parts in transparent with specular highlights. Two cavities are in bilateral symmetry. For the hot runner, the flow channel is designed in sample straight structure to avoid dead corner.
2. For the first injection of transparent part with specular highlights, the nozzle is open and injecting on cold runner, and the gate is designed with seal cap to avoid silver streaks. For the second injection, the nozzle is valve and injecting direct on the part, and the gate is designed in special structure to avoid overheat on valve pin.
