Description:


1.Due to the limitation of mold plate thickness, hot runner system is equipped with lateral cylinder which can insure the use of valve pin as well as accommodating close injection gates and insufficient mold plate thickness. 



2. According to the symmetrical structure of the part, the nine drops valve hot runner system is designed in central symmetry structure, and working with the sequence control, it insures the injection balance and flexibility.



3. In consideration of the round layout of close injection gates, manifold is designed in round with flow channel in central symmetric structure to insure filling symmetry.
