NO.1: The product is automotive component, with complex structure and injected resin of PA6+GF45%. It has a high requirement for abrasive resistant and corrosion resistant. In order to ensure product quality, we do mold flow analysis for the most suitable size of the nozzle to avoid incomplete filling, while applying special material for the tip to ensure enough temperature and preventing the damage caused by the GF material.
NO.2: All the components of TINA AM System are integrated, which is easy to install and disassemble, and can avoid the leakage problem caused by missing parts accidentally during assembly. In addition, the air lines and cooling lines are connected by pipes. Mold design is simple and easy for machining.
