Description:

1. The part is bullet train lamp holder in resin PC, which has a high demand for optical transparency, so we make the manifold flow channel and nozzle in special structure to insure the degree of finish and avoid dead spot inside the flow channel.

2. As the length of the part is more than 2 meters, the distance between injection points is long, in this case, we make special structure for the joint of manifold and nozzle to prevent any dead spot caused by the affect of thermal expansion.

3. Considering the big size of the mold, the outlet slot of nozzle heater and thermocouple is designed in the back of ST/HT plate to achieve easy assembly and disassembly in maintenance.
