Explanation:

1. To cater to the circular structure of the product with thin thickness and long flow path, centrosymmetric valve gate injection is adopted in this application. One cylinder driving multi valve pins realizes synchronous movement of valve pins to eliminate action delay.   


2. The plastic is SAN+GF30% that is of poor flow ability, thus TINA EP system is adopted to achieve temperature precise control.


3. There are 6 cavities in one mold, to achieve the filling balance, two-layer manifold with two-layer channels is applied to assure stable and balanced filling.
