PROJECT CHARACTERISTICS AND CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS


NO.1: Due to the required center area gate location, the normal inline cylinder could not be applied due to the close proximity of the nozzle locator for IMM connection. Thus, we applied the side cylinder structure into hot runner system to successfully solve this problem. This kind of cylinder is suitable for the manifold designs which require special injection points or for the mold structure that has limitation. 


NO.2:The material for this project is PBT + 30% GF, which has high requirements of wear resistance and anti-corrosion for the hot runner system. In view of this situation, we choose special material for the tips, which can reduce premature wear and ensure temperature stability .


NO.3:For TINA AM System, the screwed-in type nozzle and manifold can effectively prevent resin leakage problem caused by the precision error in mold tooling.
