Description: 

1. As the high-molecular polymer and crystalline resin, PET requires high injection temperature, and if the temperature is not controlled well, the product will get crystallized and atomized partly, thus the application has high demand on hot runner system.  

2. With each part in 75g and 24 cavities in one mold, the nozzle gates are very close, thus the structure of hot runner system must be compact and the flow channel must be balanced. 

3. For this application, YUDO applies pneumatic cylinder in shape of oval to meet the demand of close gate position, applies double level flow channel in manifold to insure balanced injection and applies specialized nozzle heater to achieve precise temperature control.
