Description：


1.With all-in-one structure, YUDO TINA AM system insures convenient and efficient assembly and maintenance, and prevents resin leakage problem caused by missing parts in assembly and maintenance processes；

2.Equipped with the oil filter, YUDO TINA AM system can work stably as the hydraulic oil is kept clean to insure the smooth movement of pistion；


3.As YUDO TINA AM nozzle and manifold are screwed together, there is less touch between mold plates and hot runner system, thus the heat loss is reduced. And as pneumatic, hydraulic and cooling channels are pre-connected with hoses by YUDO, the mold design becomes simpler and the tooling becomes more convenient；

4.According to the part structure, YUDO develops the TINA AM Angled nozzle with direct injection structure to avoid making the sprue which is usually applied in traditional hot runner system design, thus to reduce the manufacturing procedure and improve the work efficiency.
