1. The injection part is heavy with high aesthetic demand, thus requires complete injection balance and precise temperature control. 

2. For this project, we suggest to apply YUDO TINA GP 15 system with good performance in big volume injection and stable temperature control.   

3. Temperature of TINA GP nozzle is controlled by different type of heaters. With “T” type heaters on top side and aluminum heaters on middle and end side of nozzle body, temperature can be adjusted by choosing heaters in different power to insure the balance of the whole system.
